• Billing and subscription identifiers, such as your subscription status, plan, and transaction/subscription references provided by our payment processor.

How We Use Information

• Providing and operating the SensorFlow service, including dashboards, alerts, and device management.
• Authenticating users and securing access to workspaces.
• Processing subscriptions and managing plan entitlements.
• Securing the platform, preventing abuse, and diagnosing errors.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for orders. Your payment card information is processed by Paddle and is not stored directly by SensorFlow. We receive and store only billing-related identifiers and status information needed to manage your subscription.

Data Retention

We retain account and workspace information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Sensor-reading history retention may depend on your subscription plan. We may retain certain information where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes, and we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted transport. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate SensorFlow, including cloud infrastructure and database hosting (Google Firebase), payment processing (Paddle), and error diagnostics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
