How to Cancel

You can cancel your SensorFlow subscription at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Cancellation is self-service and does not require contacting support.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation is normally effective at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain full paid access until that date, and your subscription will not renew after the effective cancellation date. No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.

Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy promises refunds beyond what Paddle’s policy or applicable law provides.

For eligible refund requests, you can use Paddle’s buyer-support tools, such as the receipt and support links included in your Paddle order confirmation email, or visit paddle.net.

Trials

Free trials do not require payment. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, paid features simply become unavailable and no charge is made.
