Terms of Service

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Workspace owners are responsible for the members and devices associated with their workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SensorFlow, including attempting to access other customers’ data, disrupting the service, exceeding reasonable API usage, reverse engineering the platform, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Device and API Access

Devices connect to SensorFlow using hardware IDs and device tokens. Device tokens act like passwords for your devices; you are responsible for keeping them secret and for rotating them if exposed. We may enforce rate limits and payload validation on the ingestion API to protect platform stability.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are provided under subscription plans billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Recurring subscriptions continue automatically until canceled. Prices and plan limits are shown on the Billing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Trials

New workspaces may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active paid subscription. We may limit trial eligibility to prevent abuse.

Renewals, Upgrades, and Downgrades

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Upgrades and billing-cycle switches to a higher commitment take effect immediately with prorated charges calculated by Paddle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain your current plan’s access until then.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. Cancellation is normally scheduled at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain paid access until that date. A scheduled cancellation remains active through the already-paid billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Service Availability

We work to keep SensorFlow reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

Not a Life-Safety System

SensorFlow is a monitoring and alerting tool. It is not a guaranteed life-safety, emergency, or critical-alarm system, and must not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting people, property, or perishable goods. Always maintain independent safeguards and alarms for critical environments.

Intellectual Property

SensorFlow, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Gremantek Indonesia. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and display your data in order to provide the service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and SensorFlow and Gremantek Indonesia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the service ends and data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of SensorFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
